During December 2023, I was on the bench for one month, and 8-10 week bench this year, resulting in my utilization being less than 50%. Hence, I have not received my GDP/PA.
I am currently on a billable project, but the low utilization has not triggered PIP so far. However, I am concerned about the possibility of entering a PIP due to the ongoing low utilization.
Additionally, considering the challenging conditions in the external market, I am uncertain about the best approach to address these

I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?
