I ended up choosing the pink silk dress and it was actually perfect! Would have some minor wrinkles after sitting for a while but they smoothed out quickly once I stood. Found it to be pretty breathable too.
I’ve done long sleeve satin dress for an autumn wedding and it was excellent and looked flattering all night, wrinkles-wise, but it was a reasonably cool temperature so I can’t speak to warmth and sweat.
Mulberry silk or synthetic is wrinkle free, I just hand wash and hang, maybe steam it a bit. Real silk is more breathable, whereas synthetic often gets sweaty. Real silk satin is less commonly used now, but super wrinkly if thin, just be prepared for permanent wrinkles and either rock it regardless or never wash it 😭
