Does anyone know who the 401k benefits manager is at VMLY&R NY?

If I had a traditional IRA before being employed in a 401k eligible role, can / must I roll that IRA into the 401k or can I leave the accounts separate without deleterious tax consequences?

So I fly basically for free Globally - working for a major Airline perk - what's a way I can make a LEGAL business using my benefits. -Unlimited Flights FYI

I read this super interesting article about how big companies like Toyota are investing in social-emotional training for their employees and seeing massive benefits. Help - how do I fight claims by scammer healthcare providers?

I recently went to 2 different providers.

Dentist, made appt via Zocdoc to see a dentist that was in network. Another dentist at the location saw me instead who was out of network. I have text evidence they said it would be covered before visit. Claim was denied - asking for ~500 dollars.

Saw a specialist who’s office staff verified my insurance would fully cover the claim. Get the claim, says they are out of network. Owe 600.

Between two offers, "Associate Principal" for m&a consulting in the Healthcare industry vs a Director at a F300 company doing M&A and Partnerships. Consulting pays about 50k more. What does the future look like in consulting? I am a bit nervous jumping from from "industry side" to the "consulting side".

What is KPMG's parental leave policy for partners versus employees (MDs and below)? Trying to plan life and figure out if it makes a difference to have a child before or after one makes partner in terms of parental leave benefits. Thanks!

How do you know when the next move is right? I don’t like my current position at all, I have an offer from a smaller healthcare focused consulting firm doing ERP implementation. I have no idea what I want my next job to be, it sounds interesting enough but I’m unsure if I’m just hopping from one bad positon to another I won’t like.

Alright grill me I don't care. But I matched with a guy on an app and we have great conversations. However, after going on a few dates with him, it's obvious he looks nothing like his pictures. I’m a new CSM (9 months) and I work at a company that doesn’t invest much in its CSM team. I’ve been struggling because as time goes on I feel more and more like a token hire. I had one of those VERY nonproductive days today. I think I accomplished maybe an hour of billable work, even though I had a bunch of stuff to do. I just came off a 300 hour month, and unexpectedly got a continuance on a deadline on Wednesday, and it’s like all of my motivation leeched out of me at once.
