What books would you recommend for understanding human psychology / personalities? In a people oriented industry like consulting, I imagine it really helps understanding human behavior and building self awareness. For context, young person in consulting here.

I feel stuck as a Strategy Manager and want to make a career pivot at 35. But have no idea what i should do? Any suggestions, resources or books that I should read to help with my existential mid thirties crisis? I have experience in technology consulting, corporate strategy, freelance consulting and law. Do I go back to being an Attorney, or do I retrain and become a financial advisor or something else?

Anyone invest in real estate? I’m 24th and I just got my state real estate brokerage license, also I’m leaving consulting for my new career in 2 weeks doing Commercial Real Estate CMBS trading and production. 1) Average expected package of an associate
2) Experience expected at ZS to get hired as associate (not backend)

I know skills alone not going to help going far. I feel like this is a Desi issue, especially with women - it feels so wedding to create your braves, talk about your work etc, networking is really hard too! Do you feel that too?
