Going into a partner’s office tomorrow and asking for 5 more pto days and 25 remote days. Small boutique firm that I’ve been at for 2.5 years, the policies are draconian: 10 days of pto and 0 remote work. I love a lot about this place but just can’t fit the rest of my life into 10 days of pto, holidays, and weekends anymore. Nervous but I think I have nothing to lose. Wish me luck. Or gas me up because this woman is GREAT gaslighting.
