How are we applying for in-house jobs? I know for the agency world it’s recommended to reach out to CDs via email for a coffee chat but does the same apply for in-house creative roles? TIA

Another Friday and another request for interview availability from EY scheduling. How many more of these live HireVue video interviews will I have to participate in before they make a decision? Interviewing for a SM role in Consulting.
Completed 4 rounds already (1 M, 1 SM, 2 MDs). Received an email today asking for my availability over the next 2 weeks for another video interview. Ughh!

Have in offer in hand that I’m ok with…but DoorDash finally got back to me (post my initial excel screen) with the “opportunity” to interview with them (this is for a S&O Sr Manager role). Has the recruiting process improved? In other words, are they still doing the homework case assignment? Should I even bother at this point?

Is it bad to jump ship to another agency if you know you’re going to leave within a year? It’s a promo and would increase my salary by at least $50k, but I know I want to leave advertising for good. I’ve been trying to interview outside of advertising but nothing has happened yet. I figured I might as well get paid way more while I figure it out. And the title bump should help, right?

Hi fishies! Over the past 2.5 weeks I’ve had two interviews with an agency. I thought both interviews went really well, and they said the same. After the first I heard back quickly to schedule the second. Now after the second it’s been a little over week with no follow up on next interview. Is it too early to send a follow-up? I interviewed for a role where I told them my expected salary range was $50-60k, and the recruiter told me the base salary was $60k. I just got to the offer stage, and they are offering me $60k, can I negotiate the salary for more since I know this is their base salary rate, even though the expected salary range I gave was below? Or would I seem ungrateful since they are technically meeting the high end of my desired salary range that I gave?

1. Genpact - 27 CTC (24 fixed + 10% variable plus gratuity) Manager level
2. Airbus - 23 CTC + 5 L JB
I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..

Hi fishes i gave an infosys interview on 12 Nov 2022 for the role system engineer with 1.7 YOE and interview was easy answered confidetly. My CCTC: 8 LPA and ECTC : 10 LPA( INFOSYS) will Infosys pay ECTC for my 1.7 YOE.
