We’ve done a bunch of virtual happy hour type of events but id love to coordinate something that also gives back. I am struggling with the fact that I have 13 years of HR experience in one capacity or another, along with a bachelors degree and my PHR designation yet companies say “I’m not qualified or they ghost me when I apply for HR openings. I am experienced in all aspects of HR. How are people with little to no experience coming right out of college obtaining higher level roles than I have currently? It makes my passion for the field just go away.
Did the payroll tax laws change based on all the people working remotely?
Example: Does payroll have to account for different work locations when there is a hybrid work and the person works in a different state from their home location(where they will be remote) and tax the employees for both locations?
I have no idea what this site is really but despite liking where I work , having my own office , great hours etc - the money just doesn’t cut it . We make association based magazines - 20% for new business , 15 % contracts and maybe 10 if I cut a deal - but they aren’t audited publications and only range from 1-4 issues per year - I’ve consistently finished 2nd in overall sales for over half a decade now at least - but I think I might have made just over 50k on my best year . Hi all, first post here! I currently perform as a BDR for a SaaS company and am looking to transition to a new company. I’m on contract as a BDR essentially doing AE work (demos, discovery calls, full-sales cycle, etc.) and I am unfortunately feeling I’ve been too loyal for an onboarding that isn’t coming despite my performance being well.
