How many audit busy seasons do you need to switch from audit to FDD. My recruiter is telling me I need “two full years” to switch into a Senior role. “One full year” to switch into a experienced associate role. Is this true? I thought we just needed two busy seasons to switch into A senior role?

I have a technical interview for an experienced associate role at PwC Accounting advisory (CMAAS) this week. Any advice on what types of questions they will ask or what I should be prepared for? Feeling a bit nervous here

Doing an internal transfer to EY FAAS (out of audit). Am I being low balled on salary?

For context:
Currently an S1 in audit (just under 2 YOE); HCOL area
I also applied to PWC CMAAS and was underwhelmed with the offer.

FAAS Salary will be ~$100K (~2% raise from current aud salary); I'll be an S1 going on to my S2 year
CMAAS - Offered me a role as an experienced associate rather than senior, and a salary no higher than what EY will give me as an internal transfer

Should I be expecting more?

Can someone explain the difference in roles for an Experienced Associate vs. Sr. Associate at PwC? Trying to decide if it’s better to come in at a lower role but doing very well vs coming in higher and potentially struggling.

I am in final stage discussions for 'Experienced Associate' role for PWC SDC. By doing a lil bit of internet research I see that the pay falls in between 20 - 25 LPA. Just wondering if someone can verify this and correct me if I'm wrong.

Also I am skilled in one of the emerging technologies and that skill is niche as of now. Please weigh that in too.

Also let me know how PWC SDC as a company is? Work Culture and stuff..

Offer is a 10% increase from current company salary (think BDO, GT, RSM) and would be the same kind of work.
