Had a disappointing experience interviewing for a Sr. PM role for a well-known hospitality/revenue management company. The recruiter made inappropriate, racist, xenophobic, and politically charged remarks, and after reporting it, I was suddenly removed from the process with no clear feedback. Communication was poor, and concerns weren’t taken seriously. If a company values diversity and fairness, its hiring process should reflect that. Candidates deserve professionalism and transparency.

I’ve been lay off this afternoon because low performance, it just two weeks ago I talked to my manager and told her that she’s micromanaging me a lot and I need more autonomy at my work. I didn’t like what they’ve done to me specially I’ve been redundant from the previous role before joining this company. I cannot sleep please any plan’ action and what to answer for the reason why you leave your company? I’ve been in 3 jobs for the last 2 years.
