I have just joined an organization and agreed for night shift. I thought I could manage it as I have done it earlier.
I realized that it wouldn't suit now as ! see a lot of backlash from my 2yrs old boy. I have a feeling that it might have a wrong impact on him. I don't want to continue this timings now. I am less than a month here. How should I approach? should resign and look for opportunities again, lil afraid as I see slowdown news more frequently nowadays.

In order to retrieve my ESOP investment, I am facing some issues hence trying to connect Capgemini ESOP team but not able to find their contact number and over email, they are sharing standard replies. Is it possible for any current CG employee to share concerned department contact number ?

Knowing that I’m 50% tier in my level, how can I go up to the 75% or the higher end of my level? My manager says I’m a competitive hire but it’s not reflected in the comp. So I’m super confused
