Hi Everyone, I completed all interview rounds at pwc Bangalore. HR said they will roll out the offer same day, already it's been 4 workings days since, still no sign of offer letter, although final HR round with compensation was completed and agreed. I called again yesterday, same reply that will get offer today, still no offer letter yet. I am also wondering, will I even get the letter or the HR just wants to delay intentionally.

In a meeting we a client, we were looking at a stock image of a smiling Black man holding a baseball bat while wearing a hoodie. The client comments that it’s the wrong way to hold a bat. Cool. But, then follows up and says, “Also, he just looks aggressive. Like, this person would definitely attack me and my family.” I was shocked. But, apparently, I was the only one. Because everyone else on the call laughed. They were all white except for my partner who is Mexican. But, he still chuckled.

OK, so, right now I make a helluva lot, but I think I wanna make a bloody helluva lot because that seems to be what I should do - and what many of you do, as well. So, I wanna know from you super lotters what threshold I need to reach to fill the dark and empty void and be consumed and enveloped in the warm embrace of self-satisfaction and peace of mind. Please depict this value in terms of a recognizable sum, like avg yrly Swiss household expenditure per capita or Lambos.
