What are some ways that you organize your emails so that you are able to quickly reference drafts that have either been sent to the client or op counsel and otherwise to identify important transactional documents (I.e. signature pages, execution versions and executed docs) that have been sent out by the team? I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!

TCS OFFER 11.5 CTC

TCS is offering in prefered location, whereas Kyndrl asks to relocate to Bangalore. I need to bear the relocation cost also . Now after joining and submitting all the docs can I leave from KYNDRL AND join TCS . PLEASE HELP

My joining date at EY GDS is on 26th of September,2022. By now, I have received a link to upload required documents and also I had a BGV process done by FADV. However, even after completion of address verification, I received a mail stating that my address verification was not successful and I was asked to share my permanent address. I did so and also uploaded my Aadhar as a proof of my residence . I have completed this more than two weeks ago but still didn't hear back. Is it ok?

Job base salary presented by HR during screening interview was $130-$145k. I have 3-5 years more experience and more education compared to the posting requirements (BA required, I have a MS). I love the position and what it entails, but was hoping to reach $150-$160 base salary. If offered the position, is this a reasonable ask? This is for big pharma, data analytics in New England.
