What’s the best HR certification? I’m looking to move to a generalist role from DLS (not with Amazon). I’ve been in disability for the past four years though so I think getting PHR/SHRM would be helpful for transition.

Hi everyone, I’m an internal recruiter with 6 YOE, and a degree in Marketing. I’m wondering if anyone here changed career trajectory after being a recruiter, and where did you end up. I’m trying to figure out my future. I love being a recruiter but I hope to evolve professionally and financially and not sure what type of paths I can go from here.

I have been requested to specifically develop of satisfaction survey directly related to management/supervisors and how they are perceived by the company. This would not only be new, but completely outside of the timeline we typically use for our surveys. Although I am excited to build it, it also feels odd that I am creating a survey targeted towards finding weaknesses of leadership. Am I thinking too much into it? What are your thoughts?
Does anyone know any companies that are entry level for AE position or kind enough to refer me for that position? I have experience as an sdr and at my current company it would probably take a while to move up since we target enterprises.

Hello... has anyone had a foreign parent company issue US employees the contract of employment of that jurisdiction (I'm my vase Ireland)... I've just started and no HR before me so they issued the wrong things. They're very clear Irish contracts of employment with reference to Irish legislation in them, but wondering how much of a mess this is? Only issued to 8 employees total.
So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Saw some decks a former iqvia person put together. I am assuming this is one of the ways to distinguish between who was on the consulting vs data side?
For reference, I’m talking about lack of structure, no cohesive story and poor formatting.

I moved from mexico to NY 5 years ago (I have american citizenship), and was working for an ad agency. Now I’m moving to London. I don’t have plans to go back to the US, but I have some money on my 401K. What is your advice: should I leave the 401K there or should I withdraw it and invest in stocks? I’m a newbie in investments, so I don’t really know what’s better to make the money grow! Thanks in advance! (:

Looking for a nicer car (think Lexus, Infiniti - also open to other options). I own a used 2016 Ford Fusion that I’m bored of. We do have a baby on the way but I want a car that handles well and offers more power. While I love sedans, it’s going to be difficult with a baby. Any advice? I don’t want to pay >$500
