Having troubles landing my first job as a Junior Graphic designer, I'm sure there's something I'm missing or doing wrong and I'd love your advices, roasts, comments about my portfolio.

You have some design skills, but I think you could better present them. Some things that would help you:
-pick 3-5 design or branding studios you like (I’m on the ad agency side, so I’m sure someone else could give you a better list, but to start you could look at Collins, Pentagram, &Walsh, and maybe Red Antler). Look up the employees on LinkedIn to find the designers there, then google them to find their portfolios. Or ad agencies you like, similarly find designers’ (not art directors, that’s a more conceptual role) portfolios.
-as you’ll likely see from the sites you’ll find, you’ll want a website, like Squarespace or readymag, and not a google drive. Give people something they can control how they scroll through.
-lastly, make sure you’re telling people what your role was in the work. You have some really cool photography design. Did you source photography, is it photoshop, are you a photographer? And you have some more simple design as well. Explaining your role in the work will make it more clear why you have that difference
This is so helpful, thank you so much! I will definetely follow your advices (and the list of names to search is superb to start with!)
I will try to sort my presentation and to list everything through.
I will look into developing a website or to figure out how to give more power to the reader.
Again, thank you a lot!
You have a nice range of work, but your portfolio is really hard to follow. Giving descriptions to each project might help. You can also set up a Behance account for better showcasing your work.
I see! Thank you!
Just a question:
When you say "hard to follow" are you referring to something in particular or in general?
It needs to be a square space site. Simple and clean and easy to navigate. Pick 6 projects. With a short write up about each one. Make sure they don’t feel like google slides or as presentations. But as real as possible with the work speaking for itself. Find websites of great people and be inspired by that.
Will absolutely do! Thank you so much!
Your work is really nice and I would say you’re ready for a junior level job! Just echoing what some others have said, the #1 thing is you need to make a website. Have a write-up at the top of each project that goes into detail about what the project is, your thought process, and role. Don’t forget an about me section. And possibly a section for your personal work/passion projects. Behance is a good place to look for inspiration on building your website. Good luck!
Take some time to explain your process and the strategy behind your solutions to yourself. For example: I searched in vain for a reason why the underwear was somehow both earth friendly and magically made balls smell fresher. The problem was over explained but the solution seemed absent. So all the attempts at visual humor and verbal felt overworked in the end. And why only one white male model? And this is the largest campaign in your portfolio.
