Does anyone have any tips/tricks for knowing where to plug +1/-1 in a large table with totals across the y and x axis that contain un-rounded numbers? Every time I fix a row I throw off a column or my check figures to the true data source.

Graduating this December and have 2 offers thus far, and not sure which route to choose. My first offer is District manager position ALDI, which includes 100k salary which slowly increases each year. My second offer is a technical sales position keyence, which is around 85k total compensation. Bain & Company I received an offer to join Bain & Company for SF office but due to family reasons, I will have to stay in the South Bay. Given Bain’s local staffing model, it will be challenging for me to commute to SF and back. I see this question about how to display side projects often, so putting this out there for anyone who might find it useful:

There’s no such thing as side projects, in my eyes. Every project is an opportunity to display your creativity, and the few you’re most proud of make it to your book. Generally, the consensus these days is that we want our advertising to not look/feel like advertising. So, why should you be concerned to separate what was and wasn’t “advertising?”
