I got an mail from HCL regarding onboarding portal. They have shared the link and asked to fill all the details mentioned in the candidature form. Currently I am stuck at Reference Details, they are asking 2 Professional and 1 Personal reference. Can I give my friends details in 2 professional reference or I need to give Manager or supervisor details in those reference.
Also I am seeing in the candidature portal that Offer Letter details is showing as Offer Letter not initiated.

Anyone worked in the EUCOM AOR as a DOD/IC consultant or contractor? I am interested in opportunities in Europe, have a TS:SCI. Would love to connect or get thoughts on the roles.

Hey fishes, urgent help....

I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.

Since 6 months I am mailing them asking for clearance but they didn't gave, now HR has also left the company, Please help what to do ..
