Wlb depends on team..but no hike from the last 3 years.

Ya I got to hear from 2-3 folks hike is the issue from last 3 years.

Variable is yearly in the month of march

like

Congratulations on the offer. Pay for your experience is at the median. Taking about work life balance, it is one of the best perks in SC. Variable pay is yearly and paid out in March of every year.

Plus you can buy SC shares at flat 20% discount from market rate.

Anyone stop logging all their hours?
I did and it's killing me because now I'm working till 2 am, but its not showing on paper. I o ly show 8 or 9 hours. But, I would rather not get yelled at from the client or director for going over budget. The budget is super tight, like 1.5 hours per workpaper and my associate already uses all of it. So nothing is left for review. Why do partners do this to us?
