Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work. And even if I try to talk to him for something he is completely rude. Sometimes it makes me that I m completely useless. Even the other team members are following the lead

Hi Fishes, I joined LTI on 21st Nov as Specialist- Product Engineering. While HR discussion, hr told me that this for LTI product FOSFOR. After joining one person gave me assignment on java+react js, which I completed and shown to them. Now they said your RM will get you a project.. Hi guys, I am looking for a change after 11 years serving in the current organization. I have total 13 yrs exp. with only 13 LPA as I am in the same organization and didn't switch. With EY in the HR discussion they stated 19.4 LPA fixed, but I requested for 20 LPA fixed (though the difference is not much). The HR stated they may need to take approvals and the call ended. Do you know whether they will come back? How many days usually it takes HR to come back? It's the 3rd day almost.
