McKinsey & Company Bain & Company Polling undergrad hires: does the culture at your firm let you breathe in the evenings? For example, to be offline 6pm - 8pm daily for gym and dinner, and then continue working 8pm-11pm

If so, tactically, how do you ask your team? “Hey guys, I’ll be offline the next 2 hours, and will be back at 8”!?

Just trying to wrap my head around it and get a pulse check, since this is my first job
