I have two offers in hand one with 'Deloitte' and other with 'Parent Pay Group' Pune for the position of .NET Developer with 4yrs of experience.
Can you please suggest to me which one would be good to choose between these two.
As I don't know much about the Parent Pay group, if anyone knows about this company?

What is the obsession and appeal for MBB among MBA grads? Is it really that amazing - from afar it seems like it may be romanticized (maybe not the right word) among applicants. I had 4-5 rounds of interview in Amazon in last 1.5 months, including bar raiser. I got a mail stating I am selected for position within 4 hours of my bar raiser round.
HR asked for a few documents like last 3 months payslips, ECTC etc. It's been 4 working days and that HR is not replying on my mail. It is fine or something is off track ? Any suggestions ?
Does they usually turn back after sending selection mail and asking for documents
