Is it possible to sell and transfer my bike to the buyer without physical RC? I have a copy from DigiLocker.

Background story: it was a newly purchased second hand bike, before receiving the RC COVID started and I returned to my hometown. So never received it and I’m sure the RTO is not going to handover me the RC easily.

Has anyone had a client (agency) just not pay? If so, what steps did you take to get them to do it? They were already late before COVID and now they’re just not responding. Any recos?

Covid has been hard. March 2029- December 2020 I drank a lot to cope without realizing it. January- March I didn't realize I was depressed. March I came to terms with increase and ongoing suicidal ideation and needed help.

I went into a intensive outpatient program (IOP) which has been super helpful.

During the beginning of covid I drank every day and in a great deal. January it was a "dry" month which was hard the first week but overall great.

March 2021 realized I'm clinically depressed.

I got really emotional after I read the article in bloomberg about it. We can finally have some justice in a country where people have often tried to downplay racism against asians. My topic is to ask a talent recruiter or even a hiring manager why there is so much rejection of people who have a GAP in their career, especially if this gap includes the time of COVID, where many companies closed, others stopped hiring, others they simply decided to postpone their processes. Is there any real statistic that supports that people who have a GAP in their career are less proficient at executing a position?
