Strategist in Miami, FL. 1 year and 7 months of experience in total, & at my current company.

Trying to figure out what my salary should be. Started as an intern, hired as a junior, and promoted to strategist this past February.

I have an MS in mass comms. What salary would you ask expect to be compensated with? 5 months in current title.

I just realized that my base salary is only 8k more than the new hire I am training. My base is 56k, his 48k. I’ve been with this firm for 2.5 years, had two years experience as an intern coming in, and am licensed. The new hire is 5ish years younger with only his bachelors, no experience. Is this normal?? I know our firm is trying to get more help but they don’t seem to care about keeping good workers. I do end up making 70k w/ overtime but still!

Started with EY as an intern, currently a Senior 2 moving to Senior 3 in Oct. Part of Indirect Tax in the New York Metro Area. Reviews and utilization are consistently above peer group average. CPA, no Masters.

Currently salary is 77k. I feel like I’m underpaid compared to peers/others when I see threads on Fishbowl. Does this seem low to anyone else?

What’s the usual salary/wage range for a Design intern at a digital agency? (Based in Toronto)

Is this salary too low? I'm @ final interview for senior accountant and job posting said $60-65k. Before you say it's too low right away, my experience is on a low end of this of this role. Just 1 year auditer @ national top 10, 6 months intern at same firm, 1 year accounting intern at local private firm, and 2 years doing AP clerk. I'm a licensed CPA and in MCOL. I really want this title for growth but don't want to get stiffed. It's a large corp w/ great benefits.

Any advice on how to find a pre-mba intern/externship related to finance? Starting my MBA next fall with the goal of pivoting to IB and I’d like to do something more finance oriented in the mean time. Comp isn’t an issue, I’m just trying to get some relevant experience.

1 year Intern and 3 years as a Tax Associate. Prepared 1040, 1065s, 1120C, 1120S, 1041, 706, BEA Forms (in charge to get these forms filed & reviewed for the firm), FBARS, 5471 & 5472, Delaware Franchises (in charge to get these forms filed and reviewed for the firm)& TX Franchises. Help needed!! I’m a data scientist working at a smaller consulting firm in the DC area. 5 months into my first job. Been given a lot of responsibilities here. Rose from intern, to Jr, to Jr with actual responsibilities leading pitches and overseeing production and all that stuff that I didn't think I'd ever get to do in my first year.

25 y/o. Been working for a startup for 2.5 years after graduating undergrad in 2017. Started as an intern. Salary for the first 2 years went from $55K to $78K.
