Rose from intern, to Jr, to Jr with actual responsibilities leading pitches and overseeing production and all that stuff that I didn't think I'd ever get to do in my first year. I like my CD a lot, they're awesome and a real mentor. Most coworkers are pretty meh but I like some of them. Salary is awful. I've received an offer from a competing agency here... It would triple my current salary. I'm not sure... What to do...
