I'm making my first ever switch. All of my 6 years of professional experience is in TCS. I have shortlisted below 2 offers:

1. LTI Mindtree - 14 LPA
2. Capgemini - 17.5 LPA

The catch: Capgemini is a project hire. My job role in TCS was AWS Data Engineer (1 year 8 months of relevant experience). And the project in Capgemini doesn't use any cloud platform.
LTI Mindtree has AWS based data engineering projects, but there's uncertainty regarding project mapping.
Where should I join?

Do we have to go to office from next week?

I want to negotiate with IBM and Wipro & join any of these two.
