MD's - what are some good questions you’ve gotten asked during interviews? 🤔

Hello, I have an interview for HR assistant next week and they said it be a behavioral type of interview. What should I expect during the interview? How should I be prepared? What kind of questions should I be prepared for?

Is ACN recruiting on hold and/or have/had layoffs? I interviewed but things then just stopped.

Has anyone traveled to Cuba and then done the Global Entry/TSA Precheck interview? Do I need to bring my Cuba itinerary or anything to be prepped for the interview?

Next week I’m having my first lateral interview as a junior associate. I’m very nervous because the group with whom I’m interviewing works with life science/tech clients and the attorneys have strong science/tech backgrounds; and I do not. However, I am very, very interested in transitioning to this practice. And I reaaally want this job because it’s at my dream firm. How would you recommend preparing for the lateral interview?

Currently interviewing at JPMorgan in their CIB division for a associate operations role. Have met with 5 people for two different teams and another person for another team, all of which I believe are 3 total open positions for 3 different teams. Any insight on the interview process or how long it takes or any sort of idea to give me on what I could look for that might help me believe I might get an offer? Interviewed for internal manager role at BCG and moved to second round but across another role at BCG that is a better fit. Should I tell the recruiter and withdraw from the current interview process?

Anyone have insight into the type of questions for FTI Consulting one-way pre-recorded interview? All they’ve told me is it’s 4 questions and should last about 15 min in total (2 min given per question). Nothing about whether it’s behavioral, technical, etc.

Need 1 suggestion.
I have received an offer from Capegemini but joining date is after 30 days only.
Hence I asked them to postpone the joining date to which they replied me to start notice period and they will change the joining date once I have confirmed reliving date.
I am confused.
Is this normal? Should I start notice period or wait for new joining date?

Feedback anyone!? I’m actively job hunting & one of the roles I applied to early on asked for compensation expectations as a mandatory field as you apply. Tbh I think it may have auto-populated from another application session. Fault of my own, I breezed through those generic prompts when applying.
