I have an interview scheduled in 2 weeks for a strategy consultant role.

I never had a phone screen or interview with HR but the call is set with 2 managers, consultant, and a director level.

What do you think of this in terms of how long the process might be?

What are the skills and certifications one should have to get a position of a Strategy Consultant. I am looking to change from Banking to Consulting Industry. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Was offered a Strategy Consultant role with Accenture (progression point C) for $150k. Asked what the sign-on bonus would be and was told $20k. Is this fair comp? Should I negotiate? I tried to negotiate salary but was told it is fixed. I haven't tried to negotiate sign-on yet, but also feel like it's fair and don't want to lose the offer. What would you do?

Background: Program director for a nonprofit for the past 5-7 years. Double masters in education (no mba).

Hi there! I currently work as a strategy consultant (2 years post-BA) and am trying to pivot into a pure data scientist role. I studied statistics in undergrad but don’t have industry experience on my resume. Anybody else go down a similar path? If so, I’d love to hear about your experiences. Thanks so much!

@Deloitte- Does anyone work as a Market strategy consultant within Strategic Growth Partnerships? I read through the functions of the role, but it's filled with all the buzzwords, therefore difficult to discern what the role involved. Should anyone be able to provide further clarity surrounding the day-to-day, that would be great!
