What are some things you guys wish you knew before you started your NetSuite implementation?

I’m at a small company that’s sort of becoming medium sized, and a new exec pushing to quickly implement NetSuite and I just want to make sure we’re not getting in over our heads, he’s trying to get this done within two months

We currently use Salesforce, quick books, and excel, we’ll be consolidating a lot of accounting and finance stuff into netsuite and integrating it with Salesforce

Anyone else see coinbase moving from a dominant player to a niche player in the future? I have some reasons I believe they will but before biasing the conversation what are your thoughts? How do you see the mix between professional traders, institutional and retail playing out?

Budget is within 20k after discount and will use for normal surfing.
I already have a laptop and hence not going for a costly one.
