I am a corporate communication specialist, looking for advice.

2 years into job, I feel like I am doing good but my boss says I am not. Currently, I am the only one on my site and I get pulled into a lot of things. I tell boss I can't do something cause I have a lot on my plate. He says ok but in the same sentence says I have excuses and I am 'busy' (I got no bandwidth). I do a lot of things out of my JD because there's no one else who can. I am sick of this cycle. Need advice.

Hi guys, I have got one full time job for 14LPA from 10.5LPA in Coforge for BA role. On the other hand, I have one more offer for Canada and the job is on 2 years contract basis with 80k CAD per annum where I have to sign 2 years agreement as well that I can’t back out once I get the offer. In my current company I think the development portion I've been given is kinda simple, I've asked my manager and seniors to level up my work and stuff, *which they did* but I kinda caught up.. now what should I do, should I ask them to level up again or look for better opportunities
Also, I had some Interest in CyberSecurity and I grinded it on my pre-final semester at Uni, should I try on that path as well or should I stick to development?
