Never. Cracking Infosys is usually a piece of cake. Don’t know why when people think of a C2H for such service based companies. Had it been FAANGM or something then it would make sense to even consider it.
It is never advised to enter in such a model. You never know what will be the outcome. At least not in today’s time where firing has started from start ups
Never join company on contract basis in India
It is fine in US, UK or other country as they follow it properly. But it is not recommended to go with C2H in India until situation is not critical and you don't have left any option. Then only consider C2H otherwise never.
