I recently joined Harman in April and currently working at a client location. Now I've received an offer from Persistent with a 50% hike, and the location is close to my hometown, which is a big plus for me.
They mentioned the project is with the IBM client, specifically on the IBM Power Platform.
I'm confused whether to make the switch so soon after joining Harman.
Is it a good move in terms of project exposure, technology, and long-term growth? Would appreciate any suggestions.
