Hi channel. My friend got an offer from HCL. But last year somebody(a political goon) logged a false police case against him that he has slapped a 15 year old kid during an altercation. He has evidences from 6 CCTV cameras that he was not involved. Even he took a bail from the court.
Police never submitted the chargesheet and the case never went to the court. It was just a harassment.
Will this be a problem in background verification (BGV)?

I know a lot of firms have strong LGBT groups, and I'm definitely not saying it's the same, but any idea how poly people are treated or if you've even seen anyone out about it?

It's been one year.
So far I like what I'm doing.
However I hear so many stories of how people in cloud , ML or data science earn huge packages.
So, to survive or earn well, should I consider switching to any of these ?

Capgemini has verbally promised me 9 LPA but the offer is yet to be released.
Deloitte India has not yet communicated any offer, neither verbal nor formal.

I am more inclined towards joining Deloitte India as it is a bigger position than Capgemini.
