Is DI really that toxic, or is it similar in other companies like IBM, Accenture, or Cognizant? The technical work here feels minimal it’s more about handling third-party tasks. There’s no peace of mind. The manager also doesn’t seem to take responsibility and often plans random leaves.

I was thinking of taking leaves too so that it doesn’t disturb the team, but I feel I might be wrong. Please suggest—I'm considering a change now.

1099 or w-2 ? I have been given the option though the company prefers w-2. It’s a day rate booking couple of months or more (no end date). I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. I didn't ask to increase the amount or JB and I strongly believe I informed early so they can look for other candidates. Is this bluff? Any HR here to clarify

I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike. This has effectively doubled my salary in the last one year bt still I am confused to switch or not considering the amazing bonuses GDS payed off today. Please suggest.
