Will be doing a video interview for a Sr Mgr role - behavioral interview. Any insights on what to expect? TIA

Hi folks, have my first interview in a week which recruiter said is with hiring manager and will focus on cognitive ability. It is a S&O role in Google Cloud. I am doing general behavioral prep and brushing up on google cloud’s products and consulting frameworks. Anything else you would recommend in terms of prep and what to expect ? Thank you

Our group had 3 seniors leave during busy season and I know of 2 more that plan on leaving this summer. I also started interviewing but can’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of guilt for leaving our staff/new seniors knowing next busy season will be absolutely brutal for them all. Help me feel better about leaving!

1. How many rounds should i expect in total considering I clear everything? (I think my first round itself has technical + manger/director)
2. How long (time) will it take to get an offer?

Currently a first-year associate at a generally Florida-only law firm (only a couple offices outside of FL) with around 300 attorneys. Thinking about applying for positions at traditional big law firms for more resources, pay, and experience. 1) is this doable? 2) is this advisable?

All the documentation is ready but I am not getting Visa appointments in Vfs bangalore for Schengen Visa(business) . any leads or ideas I tried calling them for weekend appointments but it has been stopped . What I have to do to take appointment in other cities . Someone was saying refill the application form.
