Quick question - Has any teacher been in a situation where administration prints out evaluations from the past six years and asks for back-dated signatures of those evaluations because they just "learned" that those evaluations cannot go into personal folders unless there is a signature on them (bonus points - they also state that the past evaluations had been emailed to teachers before, and no teacher remembers ever getting said emails). Is this a common thing to expect from administration?

I’m a senior in a disputes and investigations practice and am shooting for manager this year. Are there typically any major turnover points? I’m an audit transfer and obviously in audit there certain times where a lot of people leave (ie Senior, 1-2 YoE manager, etc).

I am noticing that McKinsey is increasingly recruiting at non-elite schools (very roughly speaking not top 15 schools). At my old undergrad, 5 years ago the most competitive firm to show up was EY. This year McKinsey took 4 non-internship full hires. Why is McKinsey going “down market” for recruiting? Are elite school kids losing interest in consulting so McK has to cast a wider net? Or is McK seeking a wider pool for other reasons? I advise undergrads on consulting so want to be best informed.
