I am joining Deloitte India next week. I have counter offer. The recruiter is not picking up the call. So I emailed the recruiter regarding counter offer. The external on-boarding recruiter suggested to email. I am not sure will she read the email or not. What can I do in this case? Do deloitte india matches the counter offer if it is within range?

Recruiters, do you ever delete emails from prospective candidates (who are cold emailing) without even opening them? If so, any tips for avoiding being thrown in the metaphorical and literal trash bin?

CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
R-Systems and CTS are giving same CTC.

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.
