Hey Microsoft I’m currently in a level 35 role after coming from Amazon. I have a Bachelors in Comms. I wasn’t aware of the level system for Microsoft since the hiring managers never told me what I would be only that they wanted me to start in this role as jump off point to corporate. Basically I wanted to know coming from my role a non technical role would a great fit to be a CSAM or CSM with Microsoft If don’t have a ton of technical experience? Thanks!

How people at CTS are maintaining 10 hours of working...? I have an offer from CTS and in offer letter I could read it's working hours as 9 + 1 hour of lunch break. If the average in a month is less than 10 hours what should we do ? It's little weird when other MNCs follow 9 hours or 9.5 hours including lunch.

But why can't TSC team try to allocate such candidate to any support project.
How can she get allocated to any project.
Many times when we apply to opportunities in tmp portal. 10-10 days noone respond on it. So days pass like that only. It just almost 40-45 days. Atleast they should give 60 days relaxed period so she can upskill. While on project she must be having her project work. On bench in how many days she will upskill. Also must be applying to other positions also.
Now because of such mails she can't learn anything and can't calmly apply and followup on any openning also.
Such a pressure.

Yes mail looks serious. U should be having other skillset apart from flutter. Just add to ur resume and search for projects.

update your details in yammer people will help you there and accept any support realated project.

With my experience of 15+ years in Cognizant, you have only 2 options at this point of time.
1. Accept whatever project/skill set opening to survive in a macroeconomic situation. Since your skill set projects are very minimal in Cognizant at this point of time. Let's be proactive and enquire with your networks for any opportunity. Senior associate & below grade, possibility of getting projects is high rather M+. Let's try to open for any location for quick allocation. You are in a situation of accepting whatever comes in your way rather than keeping some constraints/restrictions from your side.
2. Only other option to search outside for your skillset if there are any opportunities. At this point of time i am a bit doubtful if you get more opportunities for your skill set in the current market. Let's upskill and add some more skills to get a call and sail through. You have a very short time and cognizant might ask you to resign at any point of time. Let's face reality in the current market and move forward. All the best..
Learn something and add that to your skillset.
What's your yoe ?, Mail is serious it's like giving notice so that you can't sue company if fired. Take it seriously and try to re-skill or switch.

I got in touch with TMP team members and he said there are no requirements based on Flutter for now.

Start looking outside too. That will help u. Already it's year end. I'm not sure how many projects can add people. So better be proactive.
