Hi everyone, I need your suggestions regarding a job application situation I’m facing.

I interviewed for a Trainee Test Engineer role and completed the CEO round on April 14. The HR told me they would update me about the next steps by last Friday, but I haven’t received any updates or responses to my follow-up emails and calls.
It’s been over a month of waiting with no clear communication, and I’m unsure whether to keep waiting or move on. Has anyone experienced similar delays?

2. You would ask questions, and whoever is able to answer it, you will give some merchandise only to them?, And the other people are not your employees?

Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering.
