Hi Infosys guys, I have cleared one technical interview and got email for further round which is planned for tomorrow. Email mentions that this is a telephonic interview, is this supposed to be an HR round discussing salary or another tech round.

To be fair you’re not likely to be paid more just because you’re coming from a V10. So if you just hate the firm maybe try and lateral and look to go in-house at the 3-5 year mark.
It of course varies by company, practice area, location etc. But for reference, my base is $175k + 15% bonus as a 2020 grad. The recruiter I was working with said that they placed another attorney (same YOE, same city, different company) for around $130k (don't recall bonus or other comp).
Np! I'm in a big city in Texas.

I’d guess maybe $130-150k for most jobs. Anything higher is a very good offer for 1 YOE.
Very industry-dependent. And high/low CoL area, even within same company, can change pay.
Just looking for some data points really.

In pharma/life sciences, recruiters gave me a target of 180 to 190 plus 20% bonus. HCOL areas. Feel free to DM.

You need to stick around longer. I've done two years at a v30 and am not getting any traction applying in house in this economy. I'll try again in a year or two.
Echoing A1 above, I'm a 2020 and after one year had one offer for 215 base (unsure about bonus) ans another for 180+15% bonus. I'd strongly caution against leaving before the 1 year mark, things I was looking at the 6 months to 1 year mark were significantly worse (like 110k).
Not tech - cant say much more than that
