This might be too ambiguous to answer, but I want to get better at taking iniative, but I don't know how. I can be pretty shy in work settings. I do things without being told, but I want to go beyond that like start projects etc. Provide more value.

Isn't it annoying how no one ever notices all the hard work you put into your research? The countless hours you spend in the lab, library, or curled up on your couch researching—all of that dissolves into what can feel like obscurity.

I have a SQL assessment to complete with Home Depot for a Senior Analyst position for Inventory Solutions department and a little nervous for it as I have not touched SQL in over a year and a half since my previous role. I often feel that if you have a Associate product manager profile name in your linkedin, people show less acceptance of linkedin request as compared to a Product Manager name.
