Hi everyone, just wondering what the procedure would be for an employee who is facing termination (worst case scenario planning). I was put on a PIP and there was good progress for the first half but due to some reason or other (including my own mistakes as well as a bad M) I received bad feedback for the last weeks. I am assuming they will extend me or terminate me - as I know my CC has been meeting with the Partner Panel. Will I get a notice period for performance-based termination?

I have received job offer from KPMG UK. They are running background check on my immediate two employers. They have out source this to third party vendor. I have employment gap of 6 months. Agency is asking me to write a letter explain my situation in those 6 months. I was actively applying for jobs and appearing for interviews during those 6 months. But what does performance management look like without ratings? And how do you pay for performance without the traditional score to tie to the comp increase? I would love to hear about your PM processes and trending practices!
