On the last day of the PIP they’ll tell you your last day is that day or the nearest Friday/Monday should they choose not to keep you
Hey, just realised this is in the London bowl. I am speaking from an American experience, so expecting some aspects to be different since they are distinct firms.
I think it would also depend on how long you are with the company. There should be provisions in the contract regarding probation period and notice period. If you are with the company for over two years, you can potentially claim unfair dismissal so companies are usually more careful with employees who worked for the company for over two years.
