So i am planning to get her into IT by doing some certifications of Testing profile.

Can anyone share what their average yearly compensation is as a Loan Officer. I came into this industry being fed clients making about $120k but it’s not the level of income I thought to receive related to the amount of profit the company generates. Going on my own seems like the only way for multiple 6-figures.

Junior associate here (2L). Got some ‘constructive feedback’ from a 4L. We went over budget on a matter, and 4L thinks it has something to do with my inefficient delegation to 0Ls (and not the all the out of scope work the client asked us to do but doesn’t want to pay for...). Delegated tasks included basic grunt work like splitting out documents, preparing execution versions and other low-level tasks. 4L asked me to check with them before I delegate anything in the future. Thoughts?

But my current organisation is trying to retain me by giving me a raise and promoting me to SSE with 11 LPA they have also promised to give me more interesting work according to my will.
