Newly promoted senior in big4 ready to jump to industry. Looking for advice on how to communicate my reasons for leaving once I find a better gig. Not that I am planning to relocate anytime soon but wanted to have your thoughts on which country you think is a safer option to relocate to?
Earlier I was interested to move somewhere in Europe but with the whole Russia and Ukraine situation and now possibility of Sweden and Finland joining NATO and Russia telling them not to, I don't think Europe might be a good option in the coming years.

I’m asked to work a Throughput report that seems to be off with forecasting. From my understanding we are off by 2,200 being able to ship. I work in Exports for international. Our main system to pull reporting is SAP. Any suggestions what transaction would provide closer accuracy?
