I strongly recommend Ford. I don't know why people are saying 16 LPA is low for SG6. When I was SG6, my salary was only 9.5 LPA, so 16 is actually a great offer. Plus, you will learn a lot in GDI&A.
The only downside these days is that 4 days in the office is mandatory, and they are very serious about it, so you can't skip

It all depends on your People Leader. We usually spend at least 6 hours in the office since we have evening calls with US managers, so our manager is okay with a 6-8 hour shift. You should check with your manager to see if they are open to that.

No idea about Numerator & Denominator (haha!) .. bur if u r ok with 4 days office, less learning, then Ford ✅️ .. btw, 3.6 yoe, and 16 lpa is less.. the grde offered is sg5 or sg6 ?

My hours have been super low the past two months, I’m talking like maybe billing 3-4 hours a day and billing no hours on multiple days. I ask for work but the tasks I get don’t require a lot of time.
