Folks in federal consulting at Deloitte, PwC, Booz, KPMG. How much do you make as a second year Senior Consultant (level below Manager)? My salary is $106k.

What the highest comp you’ve seen people go for deals group at Manager level in HCOL city? Like what would a M5/M6 receive base wise, if that high even exists.

Our firm told everyone no bonuses this year due to the pandemic. However, people like myself with high utilization received a “bonus” in terms of a gift card. My director notified me of this, but the other day my boss was mentioning how no bonuses this year really sucks. I was told by the director to not mention it to anyone but I figured if anyone knew I got one it’d be my boss. I feel super uncomfortable now because do I essentially lie to my boss because I’m not supposed to talk about it.

I’m getting a new job in LA as UI Designer after a several months of search. I would have to move, is 80-90k enough for the cost of living there? And how would I negotiate for a higher offer, if that is their stated range? Not sure if it matters, but they have 2-3 other designers in the company. Working at a company and they can’t seem to hold on to their female, black and people of color employees. I blinked and 3 of the people who were in my onboarding class were either fired or they left.
