I see positions at Deloitte that I think are a good fit but applying online without a referral appears to be going into a black hole. I was interviewed for IN4 Role but HR said based on Feedback they will give me IN3.
its for Data engineering.
My YOE is 7 Years and Already holding offers for around 35 LPA Fixed.
Two questions?
1) Should I accept IN3 level with 7YOE?
2) What is the Capped compensation for IN3 Role?
Salary negotiation is yet to happen.

Amdocs or EY LLB ?

Same fixed CTC for both , variable is 0-20% in EY and for Amdocs I got to know from employee that avg is 8-10%.

Which one should I join?

Hi Fishes- I have an offer from Deloitte for Bangalore location and Coforge has matched the same and joining location is Greater Noida which is near to my city and Bangalore is too far. Should I accept the coforge offer or join Deloitte as it's a bigger brand ??
