Hi! I’m trying to breaking into HR or L&D. I have a management and coordinator background in the entertainment, fitness and hospitality industries. Also, decided to study for the entry level SHRM cert. Are there any staffing agencies out there that specialize in placing HR type roles? Would love some recs. Thank you!

Idk what to do 😩 any advice?

I am a department of one with no direct reports under me. I feel as though my role is more of a “generalist” position as my duties are more aligned with that. I am currently at $75k and promised to be increased to $82k in the next month. Bonuses are discretionary and never the same amount. Fairly compensated?
