I manage programs at multiple hospital across the state. I’ve been doing this with much success for >10yrs (I’m the long standing top performer). When my boss was elevated to Sr Director over many depts, we were promised a manager role would open. That FTE was given to another dept. I have an interview with another division in the same org, it would be lateral move but a growing division. How can i leverage that for a leadership position in my current area? Or should I move on?

I have Nvidia interview next week. (Nvidia is dream company for me)

Assuming Nvidia interview takes 2 more weeks.
Is it okay if I accept qualcomm offer for nw and reject it later if Nvidia hires me.
Or without accepting qualcomm offer i need to inform same to qualcomm hr

Hello fishes & sharks...I am in a dilemma and need your help. I have joined a new organisation just 25 days back and have received an offer from a Big4. The CTC offered by Big4 is 3L more than CCTC. However, my existing company is providing work from anywhere while big4 is asking to work from office with extensive travel to client locations. It would be like 6-9 months at one client and then project changes. Travel at very short notice is reqd. Will it be wise to take up the offer from big4???

What this designation "Analyst - IT ops services" means in coforge? Is it equivalent to a team lead position?

I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.

Question is - whenever I compare Coforge with any other people say avoid Coforge.. Why????
