Real question. Currently making ~$100k working as a Consultant primarily implementing Salesforce with CPQ experience. What do you think the market would want to see on my resume, and from my overall experience, to justify paying me closer to a $150k-$170k comp range? What role would justify that level of pay?

How common is it to get an offer at a lower level and a lower salary? Applied for a Senior Associate position and they offered me an Associate level with a lower salary than what I'm making now. 3.5 YOE. Is there anything I can do to counter?

Is FP&A at a F500 a good exit opp as a newly minted senior?

I’m completely failing as acting senior. I’m a new associate (<6 months exp.) and I’ve been placed in this pseudo acting senior role since a few members of our team left. Can anyone tell me their experience using “living proof” shampoo/conditioner?

I am the only immigrant with an accent in my office and it’s almost a daily thing now that my bosses/coworkers would explain terms to me that I already know.
