For MBBs and particularly BCG - SEA to be more specific, is it the case that if you're rejected from the final round you'd get an email or a call but if you got the role it will definitely be a call?

How long does it typically take to hear back if you're rejected from a BCG SEA final round? Would it be through a rejection email?

I have 4 YOE in a 3PL company as a Senior Sales Executive in the warehousing and local transportation business verticals, achieving a humble S$1.5 million ARR in outbound sales, contract retainer up to 5 years. Best consulting exits for work life balance in SEA?

Anyone else feeling anxious that’s currently interviewing at a big tech company? I feel like if I don’t do a perfect job in my interviews that the company I’m interviewing for will bump me for the sea of talent that’s currently in the market. Even though I’ve been in the interview process for two months.

In MBB / T2 market in SEA what would be the net take home ( in USD post tax w/o adjusting to cost of living) relatively to each other . My sense is that if we take Singapore of index of 100% of net income for the level than:
1) Indonesia 70%
2) Malaysia 80%
3) Thailand 75%
4) Philippines 65%

Layoffs/Rolloffs/JobPressure aplenty at FANGG will see a flood of TechBros applying come round 3 (maybe even round 2)?

Investment Banking deal flows are drier than the Aral Sea, and layoffs/jobinsecurities will be rising there to? Not sure if they'll be ready for Round 2, but Round 3 is going to be even worse than usual?

Consultings a weird one where things seem strong despite hiring dropping sharply. Maybe that rush will be next year?

I am working as a Sr Manager/Team Lead in service based industry since 10yrs, my total experience in leadership is 6 years. I want to shift my focus into product based companies. Any guidance/tips for me? Also dm if you know about any product manager roles in your sea.

How do you avoid getting overwhelmed with matters? I think I do good work, and am very happy when I have one to three large projects taking a lot of time. But I start feeling panicky and at sea when I have a lot of things going on and emails flying back and forth, even if individually nothing is that hard or time consuming. Trying to get myself in a niche that fits my work style but I know it won't always be possible.

Previously was doing business strategy at a unicorn company in SEA, looking to get into Management consulting roles & really wanted to have someone review my resume as English isn't my first language.
