Got a call today from Accenture about an SAP Associate Director position. Casual conversation, but numbers were thrown out 220-240 plus bonus. Asking on behalf of my parent who I think is severely under compensated and needs to go elsewhere:

- Associate Director at a F100 w/15+ YOE in this industry
- Has an MBA and a PMP
- Engineering background (foreign country) with program/project/portfolio management experience in current role

Currently making $130-$150K with like a $20-30K bonus.

What’s a realistic salary target? Always been a high performer but because English isn’t the first language I worry they’ve been taken advantage of.
