Hi guys,I completed 2 rounds of interview one technical round and another director round and submitted all documents to HR.Done with HR discussion as well,in HR discussion round HR mentioned me that I have one pending online assessment,they sent the link before the first technical round but didn't mentioned verbally anything so I missed it and asked me to complete the assessment.Is this Talview assessment an elimination round?

I gave my various rounds of interview in Deloitte USI 2 months ago, and since then till last Friday it was showing " interview in progress" on their job portal, HR said earlier that we are interviewing other candidates. I got an offer from Amazon last week and asked Deloitte recruiter to speed up the process, i didn't get any reply on my email but now it's showing " review in progress" on the job portal. What does it mean? Shall I wait for Deloitte offer or take Amazon's offer.
